Vong La festival is held from lunar January 13th to 15th at Dai Do Communal House, Dai Do Village, Vong La Commune, Dong Anh District. The festival is held to honor the Five Gods: King Quoc Cong and his wife – La Nuong and their three children Linh Khon (the first King Linh To), Minh Chieu (the second King Linh To) and Cung Muc (The third King Linh To).

Every year, Vong La Commune has two festivals. The Lunar New Year Festival (the main festival) takes place from the January 13th to the 15th to commemorate the death day of the three Kings. The other festival takes place on the lunar August 15th to commemorate the birthday as well as the death day of the father and mother of the three Kings.

Co Loa Festival

Co Loa Festival is a tourist destination in Hanoi which attracts a large number of tourists every year. The festival takes place in Dong Anh Commune, in the outskirt of Hanoi from lunar January 6th to 16th (the main festival is on the 6th) to commemorate King An Duong Vuong, who was abdicated by the 18th Hung King. Dai Lo Temple Festival

Every year, the Dai Lo Temple festival is held solemnly at Dai Lo Temple, Dai Lo Pagoda and Quan Temple for 10 days, from lunar February 1st to 10th in Ninh So Village, Thanh Tri District, Hanoi. Dai Lo Temple is about 15km South of the city center. The temple was built in Tran Dynasty, about 700 years ago.

The festival is in order to honor the “Four Thanh Nuong” (Heavenly Mother) who are Mau Thuong Thien, Mau Thuong Ngan, Mau Thoai and Mau Dia, preserving the traditional culture of worshiping the heavenly mother of the Vietnamese people.

Le Mat Festival

Le Mat Village now belongs to Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District. Annually, there is a festival held on lunar March 23rd in honor of Hoang Duc Trung. What attracts visitors to Le Mat Festival in Vietnam culture tour is the snake dance performance to honor the local occupation of snake catching and snake farming here.
